  Hicaps is available for those who can claim their treatment with their health insurance. This means that you will only need to pay the balance after your treatment has been rebated. Please ensure you have your health insurance membership card with you.  
  
• All our Massage therapists are registered with the major health funds as Remedial Massage providers. Most health funds will reimburse you for Remedial Massage, depending on your cover; speak with your health fund to find out.
• Our Acupuncturists are registered with major health funds, you will also need to check your private health cover to see what your policy allows.
• Musculoskeletal Therapy - If you are covered for Remedial Massage by your health fund you can claim for Musculoskeletal Therapy.

With our HICAPS machine in the clinic we can swipe your health fund card, calculate your refund and you won't have to line up to claim your refund again!

If your private health Insurer is not listed you may still be eligible for a refund (depending on your level of cover) our receptionist will stamp your receipt for your health fund claim.
