The seated massage sequence has been specifically designed to relieve stress and target problem areas of the body. It incorporates elements of Shiatsu, a Japanese massage technique performed through clothing and without oils. The treatment can be performed firmly or as gently as required. You are seated in an ergonomic chair which is adjustable to suit your individual shape, including pregnant bellies!

The seated massage is the perfect solution if you don’t have the luxury of time for a table treatment and are looking to relieve stress related headaches or tension from your neck and upper back. If you are suffering from lower back pain we would recommend a table massage as this area is not as accessible in the chair.
